ACU What We Offer...

Educational Division

ACU provides schools, academic agencies,
and youth agencies with Workshops, Events, Assemblies, Retreats and theatrical productions emphasizing cross-cultural education.




  • Our Signature Workshops: Participants use role-play through improvisation for transferring conflicts into positive choices.

  • Specialized Interactive Educational Assemblies and Events: Explores and celebrates multiculturalism.
  • Educational Touring Company: ACU's acting troupe performs interactive theatre through live performance.
  • Diversity Retreats: Provides thought-provoking discussions about cross cultural issues.
  • Diversity Dialogues: A two-day program with discussions exploring issues of diversity and multiculturalism.
  • Live Culminating Events: Students participate in a live performance written and directed by them!
  • ACU Gender Specific Programs: Womens Empowerment & Life Skills Workshop and "GEMS" Girls Empowerment Movement Society.
Theatrical Division

ACU offers year-round classes to students ages 6-17 who want to gain training in acting, movement, vocal skills, playwriting, audition technique and musical theatre.

  • Performing Arts Classes: Classes range from beginning, intermediate and advanced.
  • Private Coaching: Personal coaching sessions are available for children, teens and adults. Group sessions are available. Sessions are designed to fit student's needs.
  • The Conservatory: A 10-week intensive for the serious actor ages 12 to 17 years old. The culmination is a full-length production.
  • The Summer Performing Arts Camp: A 10-week summer day camp for students ages 6 to 16 years old.  Students attend Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. The culmination is a mini production.
